This initiative aims to bring together existing entrepreneurs offering their Plot/Shed/Gala through transfer or subletting and prospective investors looking for such properties. While MIDC has large industrial areas with adequate land and infrastructure, it might just be possible that in some of our older industrial areas, we do not have a plot available to allot. MIDC's Online Real Estate Exchange initiative will prove useful to a prospective investor in this situation.

MIDC's Online Real Estate Exchange will serve as a vehicle for existing entrepreneurs to offer their properties for transfer/subletting, while also providing information to prospective investors of such available properties. A versatile search facility provided on the site will access the required information quickly.

Kindly note that the consideration for the transaction is something out of the scope of this facility and has to be arrived at mutually between the two parties. MIDC's Online Real Estate Exchange will only give information to the prospective investor regarding the MIDC property, contact details of the existing entrepreneur, the transfer charges payable to MIDC, dues if any to various agencies, etc.
