Ambadas Gautam Gaikwad working as an Assistant at MIDC, Aurangabad, Maharashtra successfully overcame adverse weather, gusty winds, steep climbs and falling snow to climb the highest peak Mt.Kilimanjaro and set a record for hoisting the Indian flag over there. The achievement was done on 26th January 2021. He is the first employee of MIDC to have climbed Mt.Kilimanjaro.
