The Final Fire Approval is issued by the Fire Department post combined plan approval from the SPA and Fire department and before obtaining the BCC/OC issued from the SPA. It certifies that the construction to be done must follow the fire norms as per the approval.
The final fire approval shall be issued within 15 days from the date of submission of the application.
